I have taken the time to write a few good articles that will answer some basic questions and get you started. It is up to you to continue to grow if you wish to become advanced in the area of reflective, meditative practices. 

Meditation is just one tool we use to gain insight and to stay positive in our lives. Meditating can be very effective in relieving stress, gaining insight, and getting motivated. You do not have to be a master at meditating to reap some of the rewards, however. A few simple techniques will get you on your way.

Meditating is all about getting quite and reflecting. It is also a great way to hear the wispers of your own heart. Sometimes life is so busy we can't hear when our inner being is tring to tell us something. If you have never meditated before I encourage you to use the tools here to begin you on the path of retrospection.
