Choose your board: First you need to choose the type of board you will be using. It could be a cork board, poster board, or even a magnetic board. Your choice.
Gather your tools: If you are using a cork board you will need push pins to secure your pictures, if you are using a magnetic board you will need small plain magnets to secure your pics, If you are using poster board you will need either tape or glue for attaching pics. Don’t forget the scissors!
Gather some photos: You can find these photos online and print them out or you can use some of your own personal photos or you could just cut some out from old magazines. You could also combine pictures from different sources. The choice is yours. Just be sure the photos represent that which you truly want.
Add some quotes: You can add some quotes or your favorite sayings to your vision board as well. You could cut out monetary amounts or a number that represents your goal weight. This is your vision board go crazy!!!

If you need to glue, start gluing, if you need to start pinning then do it. Arrange your photos and other things you have collected for your vision board anyway you wish.
Hanging it up: Now that you have finished your vision board, it is important to put it somewhere you will see it often. Put it where you will see it everyday. It is preferred to put it somewhere you will see it several times a day. Put it in your bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, in your office. Again this is your vision board you decide the best place for it.

, or you could visit a websites that offer digital vision boards like the
vision board site.
The benefit of using a site that offers digital vision boards is that they have plenty of pictures and quotes readily available to their users. The only thing is you will pay a small fee for using the service. Though for some, it is well worth it.
Once you have created your digital board, you can make it your screen saver on your computer or you could even put it in a digital picture frame. If you spend a lot of time on your computer then the screen saver is a great idea.
