Law of Attraction

7 years ago, I was a student of English Literature at Damascus University in my Junior year. "One more year to graduate and start a career," I kept saying to myself. However, I really wished I was studying something else, something that could entitle me to be a diplomat in the future such as International Relations, Political Science or anything related to the field of diplomacy. I also had a very very strong desire to study in the U.S. but never had the means or money to do so. I wrote my wishes on every little book of literature I was assigned to read and visualized my dreams before I even heard about the Law of Attraction. A year later, the Dean of Damascus University called me to his office to let me know that as one of the top students I was chosen to go on an exchange program called PLUS to study whatever I wished in the U.S. I am now a U.S. university graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Political Sciences and just finished taking the entrance exam of Foreign Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs!
