I Keep A gratitude List

I keep a gratitude journal where I write all the things I am grateful for each day. I always try to write down something new that I did not enter before. I can always find 5 things each day that I am grateful for that day I did not think about the day before.
I also like to keep a list of things that I love or make me feel good. This is another way to show appreciation for my life experience.
I have noticed that as I focus of gratitude, I notice more and more things I appreciate in my life. Also, situations to be grateful for simply show up out of the blue where people become very kind and nice to me.
The more I thank others, the more thank you I get back!
