GRATITUDE

I THINK FOR ME BEING GRATEFUL FOR EVERTHING I HAVE
HAS MADE ME A HAPPIER HEALTHIER PERSON IN EVERYTHING I DO.

THE KEY IS TO DO IT ALL THE TIME.

I ALSO WRITE DOWN EVERTHING IM GRATEFUL FOR EVERY NIGHT BEFORE I GO TO BED. ITS CHANGED MY LIFE DRAMATICALY IN ALL AREAS INCLUDING MONEY.

INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING ALL THE TIME IM JUST GRATEFUL FOR MY JOB, MY WIFE, THE FOOD I HAVE TO
EAT, THE EYES I SEE WITH, AND MY GOOD HEALTH.

I TRY NOT TO FOCUS ON THE THINGS THAT AREN'T SO GREAT.I JUST FOCUS ON WHAT IM GRATEFUL FOR, AND GOOD THINGS HAPPEN. SOME BAD THINGS HAPPEN TOO, BUT I TRY MY BEST TO GET TROUGH IT, AND THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING I LEARN FROM IT OR IT TAKES ME TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF PERSONAL GROWTH OR ACHEIVMENT.
