Blessings that never change.

I am grateful that I was born into a family in which I was exposed to numerous lessons early in life. Rocky roads have lead to revalations, this is a blessing.
I am grateful that I have the same friends now at age 31 that I had when I was 17. I may not see them often but I know they are there for me whenever I need them, and our friendship is real, standing the test of time and distance.
I am grateful for the ability of movement and thought.
I am grateful for being blessed with three amazing children without whom I'd possibly never understood humility and sacrifice and the measure of true love.
I am grateful for finishing an eduacation as an adult that I neglected as an adolescent, second chances are not to be overlooked, they are to be learned from and appreciated.
I am grateful for health, love, happiness, and pride. These things alluded me early in life but I've learned to welcome them and understand them.
I am grateful that I live each day with the belief that the road I am travelling is the one that is meant for me and perserverance has its rewards, not giving up when the chips are down.
I am grateful that I have a job to go to daily where I learn something new and have the opportunity to make someone elses day a little easier and possibly brighter.
